Every plot stays available for someone else to buy at its displayed price. Your images, models, and shop content stay with your account when the plot changes hands.

After a sale, the next asking price doubles. It decreases at 00:00 UTC each day, halving over seven days without a sale, with a 1 USDC floor. The previous holder receives 90% of a resale and the platform receives 10%. The first sale of an unowned plot goes to the platform.
Which wallet and coins do I need?
Use Phantom with USDC on Solana mainnet, plus a small amount of SOL for network and account fees. Quotes do not reserve plots. The first successful on-chain purchase wins; a competing failed purchase does not spend USDC, though a network fee may still apply.
Is this an NFT or an investment product?
A plot gives you virtual operating rights within Little Town, managed by the website. It is not an NFT or real estate. Prices can rise or fall, and resale proceeds do not guarantee you will recover your purchase cost. Little Town is a public beta.
Do I need to bind a receiving wallet first?
You can create an account without binding a wallet. Resale proceeds then appear as pending claims, processed by the platform after you provide a Solana receiving address. Holders with a bound wallet can receive their share on-chain at the sale.
What are the generation limits?
Your daily allowance depends on the plots you currently own: 100 images and 50 3D model generations per plot. Reuse existing models as often as you like. Objects must fit inside your plot and its height limit.
