Accounts and Google sign-in

Register with a username and password, or sign in with Google when available. Your first Google sign-in creates a separate town account without an additional password. Change your display name in your account panel. Google authentication does not grant us access to your email, contacts or Drive.

Public preview

The initial storefronts are examples. Decorate your entire plot with one main building and multiple trees or decorations. Generate an image in the town style, approve it for 3D, then place, rotate and scale each object before publishing. Plots cost money. Shop signs are designed within the generated image.

Plot trading rules

Plots are virtual storefront rights on this website, not real estate. Pay the listed price in Solana mainnet USDC and start operating after confirmation. You hold the plot until the next buyer purchases it; there is no weekly expiry. All plots can be bought at any time. Each sale doubles the next listed price. At 00:00 UTC each day, the price is multiplied by the seventh root of 0.5: it halves in seven days without a sale, with a floor of 1 USDC. A checkout order briefly locks its quote. An expired transaction requires a new quote.

Quotes do not reserve plots. The first successful on-chain purchase wins; competing purchases do not spend USDC but may incur a network fee. A successful purchase also uses a small amount of SOL to create a permanent receipt account, shown before payment.

The platform receives the entire first sale. On resale, the previous owner receives 90% and the platform receives 10%. The platform fee is rounded down to the smallest USDC unit; the remainder goes to the previous owner. Linked wallets receive their share directly on-chain. Otherwise, the platform holds it as unclaimed proceeds. Submit a Solana receiving address to request a payout signed by the platform; this is not an instant automatic withdrawal. We never request seed phrases or private keys.

Each new owner decorates afresh. The previous owner’s private images, models and shop content do not transfer with the plot. Daily generation allowances are based on the number of plots you currently own, as shown in the studio. Plot prices can rise or fall; resale proceeds may not recover your purchase cost.
